Competitions play an important role in motivating students to perform, excel and gain substantial experience, showcase skills, analyze and evaluate outcomes and uncover personal aptitude. Students of St. Joseph’s English Medium School participate in various competitions to adopt innovative techniques and develop their ideas and skills. The school organizes number of competitions for the students at various levels throughout the year. Competition is inevitable principle of our life; it encourages students to work harder, study further and in the process, boosts their confidence. Students participated in various competitions and amazed the teachers by the level of research they did for the competitions. They involved themselves in the events and made the entire experience full of fun and excitement. Students became enthusiastic as they could prove their skills against the best talent. The school regularly organizes competitions such as Essay writing, colouring, poster making, elocution, dance, singing, storytelling, quiz, debate, spell B, flower making, fancy dress etc. These competitions motivated them to use technology in positive and productive manner. It also helped them to gain confidence to face and compete with various kinds of students. Such competitions teach students the real lesson of the world and prepare them for the ultracompetitive job market.
