On November 14th, our school celebrated Children’s Day enthusiastically and joyfully. The day was dedicated to honouring and celebrating the spirit of children following the vision of Jawaharlal Nehru, who strongly believed in the importance of nurturing the nation’s young minds. The event commenced with a heartfelt prayer service, invoking blessings for all children’s well-being and bright future.
The prayer service was followed by a symbolic lighting of the lamp, and a floral tribute was offered to the portrait of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru as a mark of reverence and gratitude for his contribution to the welfare of children and the nation.
The teachers played a central role in making the day special, performing lively and entertaining dances that filled the atmosphere with energy and happiness. The children enjoyed watching their teachers showcase their talents and enthusiasm. Several games were organized for all the children by the teachers, which added an element of fun and friendly competition. The children participated actively and had a memorable time. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the games. At the end, ice- cream was served to all the children, and by 12.15 pm, all were dispersed.
