The Republic Day Celebration at St. Joseph’s English Medium Sankarakhol was enthusiastically held on the 26th of January 2025 at 7.30 am. The event was graced by the presence of a retired police officer, Mr.Karnel Digal, who was invited to be the chief guest for the occasion.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome to the chief guest, who was given a flower bouquet and a badge as a token of respect. Following this, the chief guest unfurled the National Flag. The program began with a series of activities, starting with a march–past, where students displayed discipline and unity. Students also delivered speeches in Hindi, English, and Odia, highlighting Republic Day’s significance and the Constitution’s importance. The students participated in various cultural events like Patriotic songs and lively dance performances, which were a highlight of the celebration. The chief guest addressed the gathering and shared an inspiring message, urging the students to contribute to the nation’s progress through hard work and dedication.

The Principal felicitated the chief guest with a shawl and memento. The event ended with a vote of thanks, expressing appreciation to all those who contributed to the celebration’s success. After that, the sweets were distributed to the parents,  teachers and students.
