The school had a very unique celebration of the Republic Day amid the pandemic. Shri. Anil Kumar Pattnayak, OAS-1 (JB) Block Development Officer, Chakkapad was the Chief Guest of this patriotic event. He unfurled the National Flag and gave his message to the great gathering. It was also a day that the school acknowledged and honoured the contribution of the frontline warriors of Covid-19.

The school nominated the following Health Workers and Home Guards of Sankarakhol to be felicitated during the function. Mr. Aswini Kumar Panda, Mr. Bishnu Charan Digal, Mr. Bijay Kumar Panigrahy, Mrs. Manaswini Satapathy, Mr. Chandra Mukhi, Mr. Belala Sen Digal, Mr. Santosh Kumar Kanhar, Mr. Jagannath Sahu, Mrs. Pushpanjali Nayak and Mrs. Kamini Mallick were felicitated and offered an appreciation note for their selfless service during the pandemic.
Students send their greeting cards, wishes, songs, dances and speeches in three languages to add meaning and significance to this great event. Their programmes were played in the smart board for the gathering to view. The Management and the staff expressed their gratitude for gracing the occasion and leaving behind ripples of joy in every heart.
