The Annual Sports Day of our school was celebrated with great enthusiasm and excitement on 3 December 2025. The campus was imbued with a festive spirit as students, teachers, and parents gathered to witness the grand occasion.
The programme commenced at 9:30 a.m. The Inspector-in-Charge of Tikabali Police Station, Mr Vikram Hemram, the Chief Guest for the day, was warmly received at the school gate. He, along with other dignitaries, was welcomed with saplings as a token of respect and gratitude.
The event began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolising the formal inauguration of the celebrations. This was followed by a graceful welcome dance performed by the students.
Subsequently, the Chief Guest hoisted the flag and formally declared the Annual Sports Day open. The torch was then lit and carried by the school’s leading athletes, followed by a disciplined and impressive march-past by the various houses and groups.
After the march-past, students presented a series of drill displays, showcasing their coordination, teamwork, and rhythmic precision. The audience greatly appreciated the dedication and hard work evident in each performance.
The much-awaited prize distribution ceremony brought immense joy to the winners. The Chief Guest felicitated the outstanding students for their achievements in various sports and events. The programme continued with a range of athletic competitions, in which students participated with great zeal and sportsmanship.
The celebration concluded on a cheerful and inspiring note, leaving everyone motivated and enriched by the spirit of sports and teamwork.
