Children’s Day Celebration 2025

“Children are like buds in a garden. They should be carefully and lovingly nurtured, as they are the future of the nation and the citizens of tomorrow.”
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru

The Children’s Day celebration at our school was held on 14 November 2025 with great joy and enthusiasm. The programme commenced at 9:30 a.m. with a solemn prayer service led by the Principal, invoking God’s blessings upon all the students. The theme for this year, “Children Are Like Buds in the Garden,” beautifully underscored the importance of nurturing every child with love, care, and guidance.

Following the prayer, the ceremonial lighting of the lamp was conducted by the Principal, Manager, School Leader, and two student representatives, symbolising knowledge, hope, and new beginnings.

The teachers then presented a melodious wishing song dedicated to the children, filling the atmosphere with warmth and joy. This was followed by a series of lively dance performances by the teachers, much to the delight of the students, making the celebration truly memorable.

Later in the day, fun-filled games were organised for the children. The playground resonated with laughter and excitement as students participated enthusiastically, and prizes were distributed to the winners.

The celebration concluded with a delicious lunch served to all the children, adding to the festive spirit of the occasion. By 2:00 p.m., the students returned home happily, carrying with them cherished memories of a joyful and meaningful day.

The Children’s Day celebration vividly reflected the school’s love and commitment to its students, making the occasion special and memorable for every child.
