Our school’s Teachers’ Day celebration was held on September 5th with great enthusiasm and heartfelt appreciation. The program commenced at 9:00 a.m. with a solemn prayer service dedicated to all teachers, led by our Principal. The prayer set a reverent tone for the event, recognising the invaluable contributions of our educators.
Following the prayer, the Principal gave each teacher a token of love and appreciation, expressing gratitude for their dedication and service. The teachers were then warmly welcomed by the students with Arti, badges, and heartfelt greetings.
The formal program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolising knowledge and enlightenment, followed by a welcome dance. Each class then showcased their talents through group dances, speeches, and performances, all themed around the importance and value of teachers in society. Sr. Vani, the manager, also gave an inspiring message to the teachers.
The students organised fun games for the teachers to make the occasion more enjoyable, creating moments of joy and laughter. Prizes were awarded to the winners, adding to the festive spirit.
Our Principal concluded the event with an inspiring message, thanking all the teachers, sisters, and students for making the celebration memorable. As a gesture of appreciation, sweets were distributed to all the students.
The celebration ended on a high note with a special lunch arranged for the teachers, providing an opportunity for relaxation and camaraderie.
The day was a beautiful tribute to the teachers, filled with gratitude, love, and celebration.
